Dosing valves

Three considerations are required to select a valve to apply lubricants, adhesives, conformal coatings or other types of liquid: knowing how the valves work, the characteristics of the fluid, and finally how the material will be applied.
By determining the desired fluid viscosity, fluid content and type of application, ISCRA is able to identify the best dosing solution. A rich selection of dispensing valves is available for high viscosity materials, poppet valves for small dosages, diaphragm valves for volatile fluids and UV resins, pinch valves for volatiles and cyanoacrylates, needle valves for points and valves screw conveyor for high viscosity fluids such as solder paste. The valves can be supplied integrated with a dosing system or controlled directly by a specific control unit including dedicated software.
